Summary

In June 2018, ENE.HUB was awarded the first ever ‘Infrastructure as a Service’ contract by Moreton Bay Regional Council. Kicking off in late 2018, this exciting initiative sees ENE.HUB planning, funding, delivering and maintaining a connected network of 52 SMART.NODEs™, 4 TOWER.NODEs™ and 71 SMART.HUBs. The network will deliver a range of Smart City services to Council’s new Smart Precinct to be known as ‘The Mill’. The Mill is a major new development that will accommodate residential and commercial areas along with the new University of Sunshine Coast campus, recreational areas and much more. ENE.HUB is excited to work with Council to deliver this new precinct for the local community.

Construction: Completed in October 2020

Products & Data

A total of 52 SMART.NODEs™, 71 LITE.NODEs™ and 4 TOWER.NODEs™ were installed for Moreton Bay Regional Council. Moreton Bay also subscribed to e3, ENE.HUB’s IoT Data Management & Analytics Platform.
